Bristow is well maintained. The greens are in great shape. considering the dry summer the fairways were fairly nice. Number 7 is a tought hole. It takes a very good drive, and either a long iron or a three wood to reach the green. There is a reason why it is the number 1 handicap. The pace of play during the week is very good. The staff is very friendly. There are some nicer courses in the area, but also much more expensive. For the price this is the best game in town

Course prioritizes pace of play which is a bonus. Layout - hole 7 is unfair Layout is too long for a par 4 and too short for a par 5.

The course was in pretty good condition. I have played this course a few times this year and is one I keep going back to. The lay out could be better but the course is challenging for most of the players in the group. Better condition than others in the area at a more reasonable cost. Could find some courses in better shape but the cost would almost double.

Pace of play monitored but not enforced. No. 7 layout isn't a fair test.

The price I paid was through a special deal, however, I would not pay $75 for this course under normal weekend pricing
